Shipping policy

You will receive an email the moment your order is confirmed, as well as when it has been shipped out. Please allow 2 - 4 business days processing between order and shipment.

The shipment email will come with a tracking number for you to easily keep track of where your order is in the process. Since our pillows are imported from our warehouses in Japan, it will usually take 2 - 3 weeks * to arrive after being shipped.
