Refund policy

Our products come with a 30 day return/refund policy. From the day you receive you order, you have 30 days to initiate a return with us.

To start the return process, please send an email to support@tsumettows.com with the following information: 
1. First and Last Name 
2. Order Number 
3. Reason for return 
4. The item you would like to exchange (optional)

Depending on whether you would like an exchange or refund, upon receipt of the item, we will send either the item you have chosen (in the case of exchange), or process the refund back to you, minus the shipping fee.
